Microcrystalline cellulose is a term for refined wood pulp and is used as a texturizer, an anti-caking agent, a fat substitute, an emulsifier, an extender, and a bulking agent in food production.
Introduction
MCC Application:
It is widely used in medicine,food etc,used as emulsifier,binding agent in tablets,stabilizer,dispersant,metal fiber etc.Used as Bonding agent,dilute agent, disintegrating agent,assist in flowing.Its concentration is about 5 to 60 percent.
It is used as capsule packing agent,its concentration is 10 to 60 percent.
