Tomato powder is made from whole fruit of tomatoes. Production process of tomato powder includes crushing fresh fruit, concentrating the juice, spray drying with a hot gas, collecting dried powder and sieving the powder through 80 mesh.

Tomato powder is rich in lycopene, vitamin C, and many other protective nutrients. It has antioxidant property, and it is helpful for improving immunity, enhancing skin heath and aiding the digestive tract.
